You’ll be comfortably seated in a professional massage chair, allowing your body to relax and be fully supported. The massage itself lasts around 45 minutes, focusing on the upper back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, scalp and face with calming, rhythmic movements and gentle pressure. The session includes time for you to settle in, absorb the benefits of the treatment and come back to yourself afterward, ensuring the full 1-hour experience. Sessions take place in my peaceful garden studio in Hedge End, Southampton. (A full address and directions will be shared upon booking.) Payment & Deposit: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance is to be paid on the day, either in cash or by bank transfer. Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend your scheduled session. This helps ensure that other clients have the opportunity to book their appointments and that I can manage my schedule effectively. Cancellation Policy 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice will not incur a charge. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the full session price. This is to cover the time reserved for you and to help manage the impact on my schedule. No Shows: If you do not attend your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged the full session price. Emergency Situations: I understand that emergencies happen, and I will do my best to accommodate you. If an emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible, and we can discuss how best to handle the situation.
