2. Booking and Purchase Process

a. To book a treatment or purchase a product, you must contact me directly via email at hayley@theheartsmystery.com or complete the relevant checkout process on the Website.
b. By providing your information and completing a purchase, you consent to my Privacy Policy.

3. Confirmation

Upon successful completion of a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your order.

4. Pricing and Payment

a. All prices are in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
b. Accepted payment methods will be clearly indicated at checkout.
c. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details; any unauthorized use of payment information is prohibited.
d. For in-person bookings, payments can be made in cash or via BACS, to be discussed during the inquiry.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

a. For Shop Purchases:
I accept returns and refunds for unopened products damaged during transit. Proof of damage (photos) may be required.
No refunds will be issued for change-of-mind purchases.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
You are responsible for any fees associated with cancellations or refunds, which may be deducted from the refund amount.

b. For Treatment Bookings:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
If I need to cancel or reschedule, I will inform you as soon as possible and provide a full refund or alternative booking.

6. Insurance Coverage

For your peace of mind, I am fully insured with Westminster Insurance, covering all services and treatments provided. This insurance ensures that all treatments are conducted in compliance with industry standards and with your safety in mind.

7. Modifications and Amendments

Requests for modifications to bookings may be subject to availability and could incur additional charges. While I will strive to accommodate your requests, I cannot guarantee availability.

8. Intellectual Property

a. All content and materials on the Website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, are the property of The Heart's Mystery or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
b. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content from the Website without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

a. I strive to provide accurate information and a seamless experience. However, I do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Website or its content.

13. Return Policy

Return Restrictions
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Earrings
Necklaces
Yoni steaming cushions
Yoni steaming stools
Custom Yoni steam blends (not eligible for exchange or refund)

Returnable Items:
Yoni steam blends in their original, unopened, and resalable condition can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Once opened, your purchase is no longer eligible for exchange or refund.

By using the Website and making an inquiry or purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
